CORRUPTION WITHIN CORRUPTION: CHAPTER 3 THE UNKNOWN CONCORD

Greetings and salutation to all,

Before I continue any further, pardon me for the delay. As originally mentioned on my previous posting, I will come out with another exposé on 23rd December 2011. But alas, current situations and time does not permit me to do so. I hope everyone would understand that I also have my daily commitments and juggling between my own schedules and this blog in my spare time is not an easy thing for an ordinary Joe like myself. All work and no play is not healthy

As usual, I’m evoking The Whistleblower Protection Act 2010, Act 711, gazette on 10 June 2010 for myself, my sources and informers. For now I will need to postpone the Phoenix Project Chapter exposé instead I will go with something else that involves the same businessman and a former minister but still a Member Of Parliament.

In light with the current development, it seems that there are many issues needed to be satisfied. BUT THAT IS NOT MY MAIN CONCERN AND OBJECTIVE WHEN I SET UP THIS PAGE. THIS LITTLE BLOG IS NOT MEANT TO SLANDER ANYONE OR TO TARNISH THEIR IMAGE, BUT MERELY EXPOSING THE FACT AS IT IS AND THE IMPROPER CONDUCT OF THOSE IN IT.

IT IS IMMATERIAL IF THIS BLOG IS POLITICALLY MOTIVATED OR ALIGNED.

I WOULD BE GLAD TO EXPOSE ANY IMPROPER CONDUCTS OF ANY PERSON, POLITICIANS OR NOT, WITH SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE. WHAT IS WRONG REMAINS TO BE, NO MATTER THE EXCUSES OR POLITICAL AFFILIATION AND ALLIANCES YOU MIGHT HAVE. SHOULD ANYONE HAVE ANY INFORMATION AND EVIDENCE, AND THE AUTHORITIES ARE RELUCTANT TO ACT ON THAT EVIDENCE, LETS WORK TOGETHER TO EXPOSE IT AND GET THE ATTENTION OF THE AUTHORITIES AND TO GET THE AUTHORITIES TO ACT ON IT ACCORDINGLY. I CARED NOT ABOUT WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING OUT THERE, AS STATED AGAIN AND AGAIN, MY INTENTION IS TO EXPOSE THE FACT AS IT IS. PEOPLE CAN SPIN WHATEVER THEY WANT, BUT THE FACT REMAINS WHICH NO ONE CAN DENY.

Dato’ Seri Abu Kassim Mohamed

Email received from Dato' A after my second exposé with a message from SPRM Cheif Commissioner.

“SPRM will  definitely take actions”, Dato’ Seri Abu Kassim Mohamed, Ketua Pesuruhjaya, Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia.

What, when and how remains unknown to me. Only Dato’ Seri Abu Kassim knows the answer best.

Thank you the email Dato' A, at least I know that you are really concern about this.

Now get down to business. Let’s divert the attention to another member of parliament. This member of parliament also received monies from Dato’ Yahya Abd Jalil companies (AMPMSB). The mode of the transaction is pretty straight forward. Perhaps it is meant for social programs in the Member of Parliament constituency. Who knows for sure except for the giver and the receiver. The Member of Parliament meant here was the former Minister of Youth and Sports Malaysia from March 2004 until March 2008 and also the former Minister of Tourism Malaysia from March 2008 until April 2009. The Member of Parliament is none other than YB Dato’ Sri Azalina Othman Said, Member Of Parliament Pengerang, Johor. She has received “contributions” of RM 300,000.00 on 07/04/2011 thru a cheque number 872045 (here) belonging to AMPMSB. As I said, the true nature of the “contribution” is only known to the giver and the receiver. Perhaps it is best to let Dato’ Sri Azalina Othman make a statement just like her counterpart has. Perhaps SPRM also can have a closer look at this.

Senator Dato’ Dr Awang Adek Hussin

Amount received as of May 2011 - RM 120,000.00.

Utusan Malaysia, 22 December 2011, Thursday

“There are many companies and individuals that gives donation to me so that I can run things or programs for the people of Bachok. Many have donated through that account. I have the record of the donations including who are the giver and the recipient of the contributions. I also have a dedicated officer to look after that account.

Principally, there are peoples that contributed. There is no problem for anyone to donate. Except for those with personal interest i.e. to gain a contract. As a Deputy Minister, I have nothing to do with contract awards.” Senator Dato Dr. Awang Adek Hussin.

If I’m not mistaken the conduct of Senator Dato' Dr. Awang Adek Hussin in this instance is similar to the 1976 graft case of the late Dato’ Seri Harun Idris former Menteri Besar of Selangor (1964-1976).

 Who’s NEXT ???

I really hope that people will stop and think for themselves, disregard what others might say. All this while, we have heard stories of bribes, misappropriation, corruptions, cheating the government and taking the Rakyat’s monies and so on. ITS TIME TO PUT AN END TO ALL THIS. ITS TIME TO ACT. There are many ways for you to act, one of it thru choosing the “RIGHT” government. BUT there is also another way, EXPOSE THIS CORRUPT OFFICIALS, POLITICIANS AND ANYONE. Gather evidence as my sources and informers has. Be vigilant. Be safe. Disregard any political motive and alignment, as corruption does not knows any political ideology. Let us all work together with the authorities and should the authorities failed, then there is always another way, expose it publicly. Let us work together for a better Malaysia. For ourselves and our future generation. We would not want to be bankrupted by these corrupt people. If we do not act now, our grandchildren will tell tales of how corruption has always been the Malaysian way and that we, their predecessor has done nothing to put an end to it. I’m glad that my small space in cyberspace has gain momentum, beyond anything that I’ve imagined. SOMEONE HAVE EMAIL ME AND SAID, “KEEP THE TORCH BURNING”. WELL I MIGHT HAVE A BETTER IDEA, HELP YOURSELF BY PASSING THE TORCH, HELP YOURSELF BY SPREADING THE WORDS AND HELP YOURSELF FOR A BETTER FUTURE.

Signing out for now.

Is this our future?
Yours Sincerely,

Keep up the good work. I am with you in your fight against corruption. Yes, we have had enough of these corrupt goons in UMNO.There is no better place for them, other than to have them all in jail.

  5. Dear Whistleblowerr711,

You speak of anti-corruption but are you sure you have sufficient information to prove the accusation made against Dato' Seri Azalina? Please be well aware that if the information that you have posted in your blog is not true, the Whistleblower Protection Act 2010, Act 711 does not apply to you. Also, have you called the alleged (Dato' Seri Azalina) or her representative to confirm the statement you have made? If you really want to help prevent corruption first get your facts right. What does a mere blog do for the people? If you say people would know the truth than i beg to differ because what you have written here is clearly based on assumption. Also, if you are brave enough, stop deleting comments that goes against your statements since you're such a hero.

I urge all to continue their DDOS attack as suggested on my blog site. Might not do much but will be enough to keep them busy. We need to continue the disruption in UMNO led Corrupted government until they are all in Jail either for their Murder or Corruption. Starting with Bapa Kemerosotan Malaysia - Tun Dr. M. May all these scums of the earth continue their worried life on Earth!! That is the power of the internet. Make life for Corrupted Scums Hell on Earth and After Life....

Are you not corrupting their minds by misleading them into believing your falsified information? How can you justify corruption based on a transaction of a cheque without verifying what it is for?

  19. let me make it simple la. camni:

consider u urself know this guy or lady. mayb an aqquintance. find out he or her wanna help her or his neighbour(his friends neighbour) kidney operation tht would cost some money. money is no problem to zyou. just wanna help out. so u lend her or him tht money. hows tht for a scenario?

quite a strechted but mayb thts the and case mayb not. but thts the thing, u had no knowledge of whts happening.

now providing stuff tht could lead to misunderstanding is wrong in islam as i am a muslim, and im sure all others religion is the same.

unless u can prove here something is wrong now thts just fitnah aint it.

so xyah la bro kita ni sesama warganegara fikir baik la ek. just as i would assume theres no case here ill assume tht u are making a mistake here. nows its on the news. why create trouble for others?

imagine u doing nothing wrong but had to explain things because someone wanna play dirt is quite tedious aint it? not to mention tht this is none of anyones bussiness to begin with right?

  22. En Abu, successful Malay entrepreneur can't donate to UMNO for good cause - it is 'Dirty Wrong'!. Everyone of us has to believe this simplistic rule!. I wonder how MCA;MIC;DAP;PKR;PAS and others survive then?. But it's a big sin when it comes to UMNO, and everyone has to embrace this 'Perverse logic', jump into the 'gravy wave' of simplistic action - to hate UMNO and everything that goes with it. Got it En Abu!. Welcome and embrace tightly - the 'beauty' of the 'New Politics'.

  23. firstly cik siti kita ni amat berburuk sangkakah?.

yes im well aware umno mmg byk yg teruk2 tp isolated dan tidak mewakili semua. parti lain pn definitely the same, not entirely squeaky clean, yes ade akan kata itu dalam process nk matang but who knows? mayb xkan matang2. and yes im a malaysian and im well aware of tht. but here we cant generalized eveyone here as the same. weve got ulama muda umno as well.
are saying tht theyre also dirty?

secondly being a member of umno is not a sin nor should anyone be quick to assume tht hes guilty.

if tht is the case then wow byk jgk la org yg bersalah kt malaysia ni. if theres a robber inside a supermarket in which u are also doing ur shopping then should i be calling u a thieves as well

again im gonna stress here tht u dont know anything about this dato. have u met him? how can u then be sure hes doing all sorts of thing u and whistleblower here claim he is doing?

all uve got is a cheque tht could be anything. hell ive written cheques before. does tht means im also bribing people? just because hes giving the cheque to azalina it could mean anything. and u dont have anything to tell ur story. all u got is pure assumption.

    now thts the logic here.

since ur a muslim (alhamdulillah) then isit not tht we hav a burden when pointing someone else mistake tht we also need to provide prove?

and wht about bersangka baik? do you believe tht our prophet would act based on assumption or would he then ask politely while preserving tht guys dignity?

and please remember niat tidak menghalalkan cara. our common mistake is to assume tht dugaan is always dlm bentuk minum arak or zina or anyhting else. please be aware tht our tatasusila and tertib dalam menghukum org juga memerlukan kesabaran. ini juga adalah dugaan isnt it? for to judge peeple later on with tertib sesuai dgn islam also known as perintah Allah SWT

yes we are not like the prophet but we should follow his example thus being the quran and hadiths now heres one hadiths on which you could probabbly ponder onto:

[Hadis Riwayat al-Baihaqi, 10/252, no. 21733.

    * Sila rujuk dalam Syarah Arba'in an-Nawawiyah, no. 33.

u see by claiming tht this guy or tht lady is bribing each other with just a mere cheque is not ennough to convict someone. does this means tht when im elected to be a government servant any deeds tht i do tht involve cheques need to be publicized? seriously msia got a lot more to do that to entertain others claim tht isnt supported by reasonable proof and explainations.

plus our whistleblower here since hes convince of bad conduct shouldnt he brought this issue here to SPRM? lodge a report or something?

why put it in the blog for people to hate others? yes people must know the truth but definitely not hes version of truth where people could pass judgement simply by reading blog.

u slready see few comments here already condemning the guy as if hes already convicted of being guilty by the court.

    ReplyDelete
  24. The whistleblower could be wrong to predict without enough hard evidence to support the claims but he

    DID GIVE US THE CHEQUE!!

if that is not evidence i dont know what it is. but hey would be nice to see some backup to the claim as well. I dont know.. normally such things involving huge amout of money would surely raise some eyebrows. memang one cannot be sure about it, but it should be checked if there is indeeed some foulplay here....

    ReplyDelete
  25. remember NFC?!! this is just the same story. its good la ek we get to see hadiths used dirtyly to support some corruptness here. yo dude might i remind u islam is sesuai according to any zaman. therefore some hadith is interpreted at tht time only gud enough to be apply on tht time only. we need to be a bit forward in interpretating hadith sesuai dgn kehendak zaman just like dr asri said. padahal if everyone can get away with plainly sangka baik habisla dunia ni. mende a... x logic langsung..

  26. I'm truly ashamed !. now we know the truth. we should blow the whistle had Dato Yahya paid RM 300,000 and didn't purchase the car. That is the right logic. But now the two victims have long being killed. Are we proud ?.

  29. if not for abu up there i wouldnt know theres news about it:

    http://www.nst.com.my/local/general/azalina-rm300-000-was-payment-for-car-1.34180

in case u guys havent heard or whistleblower might just happen to be quiet about it, finally its proven in news.

well u read the news anyway so u finally know the answer just like abu said. and since im assuming u read it,

    shahwuzhere:
it is a merce. look at the link (nst). it is expensive. in fact 300 000 is quite a bargain. since it is used collector car tht might make some sense. but whtever. its their business. how about if i ask u about every purchased tht uve done in the past 2 years time. quite annoying isnt it? just because u used cheque doesnt warrant u to be privy of others business.

and evidence? a mere cheque could tell thousands of stories just as a picture would. it is not enough to make claim tht someone is doing bad business here. if everything could be based on cheque alone the district attorney would find himself buried in files.

    pikopiko:

islam sesuai sepanjang zaman. or are you saying tht Allah SWT, being the Maha Mengetahui as Allah SWT is, by giving petunjuk to our prophet (thus the hadiths) didnt know how the world was gonna shape later on after prophet wafat? hence im all for whts in the hadiths should always stays like tht. and we arent supposed to change it just like tht according to our convinience. then the tertib/law set by Allah would be meaningless if we were to change it simply like tht.

even if the interpretation changes it definitely not up to u to decide tht. its the ulama or alim ulama tht has the priviledge. If and i say only if theres argument about it then we as someone who are not qualify to change the interpretation should sticks to it by all means.

how do you know bersangka baik will bring the end to the world?

the truth is even myself seldom sangka baik. but nevertheless it is according to our guidance tht we should follow it. we'll never know if it gonna work unless everybody try it out. and even though tht might
not happen (everyone trying it out), it is our believe. unless ur religion is without believe /faith /iman?

u see the act of following faithfully our guidance is also a symbol of faith/ of iman. now i believe tht if everyone bersangka baik the world would be a better place without hatred and prejudice. and may i also remind u tht dr asri's pendapat is not entirely supported by the ulama muda. now i know wht u gonna say about ulama muda but think again before u say anything without evidence tht could lead to fitnah just like our buddy here who apparently and evidently just did in his blog. if anything, i know tht we should all learn something from this.

just like how this event is shaping out. turns out everything is just a false alarm. who knows how much damage had been done to this dato and dato azalina.

if i hadnt sangka baik i might just tot tht someone's aim to play dirty had already been fulfilled. to those who blindingly accepted the claim hes making, arent u not just sucessfully managed to become his tool to promote his claims.

NFC? wht about it? as far as im concern it is currently being investigated. unless u find urself unable to believe in our judicial system id say we respect the fact tht it is being investigated. otherwise do not be a hypocrite and run to the police should anything happened to you.

    ReplyDelete
  30. the case is simple here,

cheque given was to buy cars. azalina said theres evidence of advertisement to sell the car. the dato, just like u would sell your cars to a buyer, might for some reason like the car and bought it. i dont see any problem in tht.

had we bersangka baik and at least had the decency to check the story whistleblower and those who was quick to judge based on half-baked assumption might just save dato azzaalina and the dato some quality time, which they could use for better purposes. as for the dato being a businessman perception and image is everything which is now tainted by this baseless accusation.

if u ask me i might just say go ahead and sue whistleblower. just so tht his image could be protected. He had every right to defend himself doesnt he? just like everyone else who cluelessly use their right of freedom of speech without giving it much tot on how it may victimized others.

the assumption was entertained but nobody benefits from such fitnah. whistleblower might just got a sue letter later on but we"ll see. hard to say he wasnt guilty. turns out people did know the truth now. but it really had nothing to do with us. they were just minding their own bussiness.

heres where the islam might excel as way of life. as i said before to sangka baik and above all provide enough prove before giving any claims.

as muslim one might keep this in mind and avoid victimizing others while playing hero.

for the first time i did agree with whistleblower711 tht everybody must know the truth.

and the truth is tht there is no dirt here.

Ashamed and alarmed, but our collective decency has been hijacked by this band of troublemakers.

Whistleblower Act 2010 will work if we maintained our decency. If we submit to the bait of 'perverse logic' (logik terbalik-kuang) - we will be parties who destroy the stability and continuity of this beloved country.

So, there are different laws for different people - in the same country!. how could it be? how could we allow it? The Country and everything will go to the dog then? how could i do business? and how could my folks back home get justice ?

    berdasarkan tuduhan diatas berpada2lah kita:

Hadith Riwayat al-Baihagi, 10/252, no. 21733.

Jikalau membuat tuduhan, perlulah membuktikannya. Wallawaalam.

  41. Ust Lah and Che Dian, let truth and reason prevail. I'm a businessman and dead worried with what I'm seeing.

The so called 'Whistle blower' episode and the on going political attack on NFC - am I wrong to say that the opposition is dictating our legal system and judiciary with open threats and blackmails? (and easily getting away with it too?!).

The Whistle blower Act 2010 is supposed to be an arrangement between someone who has 'full proofs' with the MACC. Period. His or her identity will remain unknown. That is the guarantee under the Act. Period. MACC, satisfied with what they see will investigate and take further action if their investigation prevails. Period.

But, what has happened?. The blower used a third party platform to blow his half-truth and leading generalization; the opposition media, seeing the golden opportunity to smear and slander the government - make a big circus of it, telling the whole world and pressure the government to act and; the government obliged and investigate.

So, who is really running the legal system and the judiciary? - the elected majority (government) or the minority (opposition)?.

What make me dead worried is our 'legal and judiciary perverse logics' (logik perundangan dan kehakiman terbalik-kuang) - everything that has anything to do with the government, 'must be in the wrong' and everything that has anything to do with the opposition, 'must always be right' - now seems to be in motion!.

Needless to say, without sound legal and judiciary systems and a strong government to steward it, business will go kaput!.

    ReplyDelete
  42. We are businessman. We have to deal with government all the time. Law and judiciary are our lifelines, something to hold on to. If 'logik terbalik-kuang' prevails, we'll be sitting duck, open to abuses and victimization by individuals with ultrior motives. It's simply not right!

    ReplyDelete
  43. agreed, we can easily be killed with half truth, generalization and immoral media campaign!

    ReplyDelete
  44. the slanderer(s) must face the music !. whistleblower Act must be fair to all parties. If there is no provision for action to be taken against the slanderer(s)- then do ractification fast !.

  46. Most of the businessman get contracts from the government. Government is our main partner. What's wrong with it ?. If we happen to be nuetral or supportive of government, what is wrong with it ?. If we support and cherish the government, the political party(ies) it represent(s), what is wrong with it ?. Why must we be persecuted by the opposition and subjected to opposition's media slandering ?. Why must all parties be subservient to the troublemakers ?.

    ReplyDelete
  47. It's a shame !. We look to authority for a fair and strong stewardship, instead we're seeing the troublemakers taking the laws into their own hands and dictating their wills on the authority !. They can demand and set ultimatum for the authority to do this and that, camouflaging their evil doings through sensational and immoral media campaign. This is bad for business and bad for the country !

    ReplyDelete
  48. Malaysian !, do we have the decency, honour, maturity and strength to take the responsibility, demands by the Whistleblower Act 2010 ?. We have to answer with honesty !. If we can't meet the standard (if we just love to be herds, easily influenced by the perverse - logic (logik terbalik - kuang) and succumb to simplistic reasoning and knee - jerk actions) - we have to give all the trusts given to us back to the authority !

    ReplyDelete
  49. Omar Fuad (1 Feb 2012) has rightly observed, "Whistleblower Act 2010 is an arrangement between someone who has 'full proofs' with the MACC. Period." To do otherwise and to take advantage, through sensationalizing and politilizing the issue; driving immoral media campaign on the issue and; slandering another human being with 'half truth' and leading generalization are simply wrong !. It reflects a decaying moral bearing !.

    ReplyDelete
  50. more so if the victim of the slandering is the 'employer' itself ! putting the risk on the company to close and the rest of the employees losing their mean of incomes....how cruel and heartless....

    ReplyDelete
  54. RM 100,000 penalty for a 'murder' ?. Isn't it not - slandering equals to murder ?. Are we not hasty in having this Act ?. Are we ready for it ?.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I looked around - countries that applied Whistleblower mechanism. USA holds a lot of promise. Everything is straightly business from the beginning. Abuses and slandering is weed-out early. The complaints are received by the 'Complaints Examining Unit' (CEU) that analyse and determine the merits for further actions. There is also a provision for 'Corrective Actions' that call all related parties to find amicable solutions.

Malaysians are certainly not ready to take the responsibilities require by the Act - looking at what have transpired from this 'slandering' episode !. So, now, if we're not ready - why have it in the first place?

    ReplyDelete
  56. yes, why have it in the first place - if we're not ready?, for what purpose? and, for whom the 'bell tolls'?

    ReplyDelete
  57. The responsibilty that comes with the Whistleblower Act hinges on the 'sincerity' and 'maturity' of the Malaysians. It requires a collective undertaking to uphold these values. This is what we called - 'Civil Society' in action!.

Overseeing this process from the beginning is a strong, no-nonsense and effective functioning of the government of the day (the power and authority) to steer the process towards the noble goals and to discipline, with equal vigour the abuser(s).

Now, with all sincerity - do we have all these ingredients?

    ReplyDelete
  58. Looking at the slandering's episode that has taken place, we have to ask ourselves - do we have sincerity in our hearts?; do we have maturity in all our attitudes, decisions and actions and; are the authorities functioning - leading and disciplining in the right ways?

We have to look hard into ourselves!

    ReplyDelete
  59. What a shame!. Making mockery of the Act - slandering individual; implicating the authorities and urging peoples to support the opposition in unseating the legitimate government of the day by the troublemakers - and this is called 'Civil Society in Action'?!

Please, the 'Real Malaysians' stand up !!

    ReplyDelete
  60. The essence and definition of a 'Civil Society in Action' is given by Francis Fukiyama in his book 'TRUST'. Please, the 'Troublemakers Malaysian' read it !.

It's the act of practicing and defending the 'Cherished Collective Values' - proven suitable, useful and functional in maintaining the stability, vigour and long term survival of the society.

For a long period of time (more than 50 years), we already have it - but now being 'hijacked' by the troublemakers - a sad episode for the majority Malaysians !

  61. Ust teruja mengikuti perbincangan.

Wallahwaalam.
